Charles Hoffman's college education is a BS in Business, with a Major in Economics and Finance, and a Minor in Accounting.

He spent the 10 years preceding his insurance career as the General Manager, CEO of Sperry Federal Credit Union, a division of Sperry Flight Systems. During his tenure at Sperry Federal Credit Union, he served on the board of directors of the Arizona Credit Union League, Japanese American Citizens League Credit Union and the southwest chapter of the Credit Union Executives Society.

Cheryl Gardner, Vice President of Sales and Agent Services, joined the firm in June 1996. Cheryl provides valuable support to all of our licensed professionals. Her expertise is in the area of marrying clients with a policy that fits their individual needs. Cheryl, with her knowledge of both LTCi products and insurance company's underwriting requirements, is in the best position to suggest the most appropriate type of coverage for any given set of insurable circumstances. Cheryl's experience is most helpful in finding the best available rates to fit a client's situation, including the possibility of using different companies to provide the best possible solution for the people she helps.

William D. Hoffman, insurance professional for thirty-eight years, joined his brother's firm in March 1999. He brings a broad background in insurance claims to compliment this organization. The most compelling reasons for Bill to join the firm were personal experience with being a caregiver to his mother, uncle and father-in-law. Those exposures made him aware of not only the cost of care but also the time it takes from someone's life to help provide loving care for a family member. Bill has also seen what caring for an incapacitated loved one has cost his closest friends, both financially and emotionally.

Bill is our group specialist. He works with accounting firms and human resource directors to help their clients and employees take advantage of liberal tax considerations the government has in place. He is also working with national associations and labor unions introducing Long Term Care Insurance to the workplace.

Bill still spends a majority of his time helping individuals prepare for their long-term care needs. He participates in many networking groups in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex and does seminars for consumer education as well as training new agents.
