"Thank
you for the message of August 31st confirming that you have gone
one more heroic step to complete your task, which in turn resolved
the litigation, which in turn, of course, provided security for
our client's future. You are more than professional. You are unbelievably
tolerant, accommodating and kind."

"You
indeed found the program that would fill my "old age needs", since
March you and the insurance company have been providing me with
wonderful help from my accident, the wonderful part is I can stay
in my home."

"Over
the years, my mother has had occasion to call on Mr. Hoffman for
assistance and he has always responded quickly and taken care of
any situation that arises. He also stops by just to check up on
her, answer any questions she might have and spend time just talking,
something she has appreciated very much. She is so grateful for
his assistance and caring that she has told many of her friends
to drop their agents and hire "Charlie". Hopefully, they have, as
he is one incredible agent and a good friend to my mom."

"My
father worked hard and carefully saved all of his life. When he
retired, he thought he was financially secure. However, savings
could not handle nursing home expenses of over $40,000.00 per year.
My father died on welfare after spending five and one half years
in a nursing home. My brother, sister and myself did our best to
make sure that our mother did not become destitute. We set up an
irrevocable trust for my mother, which enabled us to protect some
of my parent's savings from my father's medical expenses. Although
my mother is able live on the trust resources plus her social security,
the situation is far from optimal. My mother cannot spend her savings
as she wishes. All financial decisions had to be given over to the
trustee of the irrevocable trust. If you have the opportunity to
secure protection for yourself or your parents from this type of
disaster, please take advantage of it."

"My
mother's health deteriorated within a few years after we purchased
the policy. She spent three years in a nursing home facility; we
placed her in a very nice well-established facility, which would
not have been possible without the Long Term Care Health Insurance.
I HIGHLY recommend Long Term Care Health Insurance and I would suggest
todo so at an early age to keep costs lower. Thank you Charlie for
your insight and knowledge."

"I
hope I never have to make use of the insurance I have but if I do,
I know Charles will be there to help me; as he is for all his clients.
It means a lot to have a person like Charlie to help you."

"My
sister had a stroke in 1993 and has been in the nursing home ever
since. Thanks to her insurance, she can live in one of the nicer
homes. Thanks Charles for helping us."

"…His
interest did not end there. He's always ready to help with any problems
I might run into. I trust Charles Hoffman because he's honest, sincere
and a caring person and a true friend."

"…Each
time she needed to submit a claim, Mr. Hoffman was most helpful.
The companies he had chosen were prompt and fair in their settlement.
The personnel were friendly and dependable. My aunt is now deceased.
She spent the last years of her life in a nursing home, where Mr.
Hoffman was known and well respected."

"…She
received 6 full years of payments from May 1988 to May 1994. I want
to thank you again for your time and effort; you made it less difficult
for me to cope with Catherine's illness."

"With
the assistance of Mr. Hoffman, the policy was smoothly put into
action. The payments have been prompt and the amounts exactly as
spelled out in the policy. It's always a pleasure to work with Mr.
Hoffman.

"I
met Charlie Hoffman sometime back in the 1980's when my parents
decided to take out nursing home insurance, with him as their agent.
At the time I remember feeling that he was a very knowledgeable
but also a very caring person. Their policy was taken out in 1983
and he continued to be involved in looking after their needs, updating
that policy in 1988 to remove the 3-day hospital stay required in
the initial coverage. My father was the first to benefit from the
insurance, entering Sun Valley Lodge in 1991. He was there until
his death in late 1994 with much of the expense of his care being
paid for by the insurance company. My mother was in the same facility
for three months, a facility of choice where good and loving care
was provided, not always the case if insurance is not part of the
total financial picture. Unfortunately, my aunt had to be in a nursing
home for about 10 years; fortunately her financial situation was
such that she could pay for a good facility, but $300,000.00 is
an amount that most of us haven't saved for such an eventuality.
I remember her accountant remarking when her house was sold that
the amount realized would take care of her for about one year."

"I
will always be grateful that we opted to purchase long-term care
insurance because, as you know, Cliff entered a nursing home in
January 1992 and remained there until his death in June 1993. Again,
you were helpful in starting the payment process, which proved to
be completely free of problems and was automatically handled by
the insurance company each month. I have urged my friends and family
that long-term care insurance is something they should all consider
as a part of their financial planning an, as an added bonus, peace
of mind."
